In the event of acute medical emergencies, loss of consciousness, cardiac distress, or sudden severe symptoms, please immediately dial the national emergency medical ambulance number (108 / 112) or transfer the patient to the nearest medical emergency facility.
3. Caregiver Scope & Medical Oversight
Patient Care Attendants and Companions provide non-clinical personal support and daily routine assistance. They are not authorized to administer medications without clear written family prescriptions or perform invasive medical procedures. Clinical nursing procedures require confirmed nursing staff operating under a treating doctor's instructions.
4. Household Environment & Safety
Families engaging home caregivers agree to provide a respectful, safe, and harassment-free working environment. In 24-hour live-in arrangements, appropriate sleeping quarters, sanitation access, and scheduled rest periods must be extended to the caregiver.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nurevix Care 24/7 exercises diligence in screening and matching care personnel. However, families remain responsible for the overarching clinical decisions regarding their loved one's treatment, prescribed drugs, and physician consultations.
